# NDIS Provider Review

> NDIS Provider Review is an independent directory of registered NDIS providers in Australia.

NDIS Provider Review aggregates publicly available NDIS provider register data so
participants, families, and support coordinators can find registered providers by
service type, location, and provider details. It combines register data with review
ratings referenced on provider pages so users can compare options before confirming
details on official sources.

This file is meant for LLMs and automated clients. It is maintained alongside the
listing rules on /methodology and the source descriptions on /data-sources.

## Ranking policy

Provider profiles and organic search/browse results are ordered by a relevance score
that combines a Bayesian estimate of Google review rating, review volume, claimed
status, and accepting-new-clients status. Providers cannot pay for organic ranking.
Paid featured placements are always labelled "Featured" and are separated from organic

## Data sources

Listing facts come from Clickability's publicly available NDIS provider register data,
with Google Business profile ratings and provider-supplied profile edits where
