The individual, who appears to be balding with dark greying hair around the sides and a dark beard, slim tall build, exhibited unprofessional conduct. While I was parked head-to-head in a manner that did not block his exit and was necessary for me to access the right-hand side of the petrol dispenser, he shook his head glaring at me in an aggressive manner for no apparent reason. I am concerned by this behavior, as it reflects poorly on your company, especially considering that the vehicle displayed your company name. I would appreciate clarification on whether this individual is an employee or the owner. Such conduct creates an impression that your company hires individuals who lack professionalism and courtesy and respect for others. I trust that you will look into this matter to ensure better behavior and a more positive image for your business.
