Google MapsDon't bother shopping here if you require custom service! I walked into the shop was looking at wheelchairs for my mum, pulled them out picked them up, walked around for a while waiting for one of the 5 staff fluffing around in the shop to offer assistance, no one bothered. Hot tip, offer your customers service as soon as they walk into your shop.

Google MapsI was recommended to contact Aztec to remove a wheel char lift from a vehicle I’ve just purchased. From first contact Errol was assuring, professional yet down to earth. He was transparent about the costs even though it was a unique scenario considering he had only seen photos I sent him. Nonetheless his team was able to remove the component in a professional manner and made good the carpets and holes which had existed from the install. The customer service provided by Brian and the team was exceptional. They kept me in the loop through out the day and allowed me to use their amenities as I waited for the works to complete. I highly recommend Astec Equipment Ballarat. Professional and down to earth service.
