Two years warranty with my purchase. These guys have been in business for 15 years. 1 year at this address. Thanks mate 👍

Google MapsI purchased two PC'S from here for my two son's, for their birthday presents. I thought I got a great deal, yet one keeps crashing. One PC has 32g graphics card in it, the other is 16GB. Without knowing which one was which, and the fella not caring to know either, I guess it is the one with the 16GB graphics card that keeps crashing. I told the fella what I want the PC'S for, and what games they play. I was told by him that these would be suitable. I purchased these in March. I have called so many times, I am unable to get to the shop, and no call has been returned. I am so disappointed for my son, and beyond frustrated with this seller, as I heard great reviews, yet I have not had a great service. The fella knows the situation, yet still has done nothing to help me rectify this. Why they both did not come with the same graphics card, I do not know. Now, sadly, it seems I have to go elsewhere to get this problem fixed, it is now May. I have tried to call again, and am unable to leave a message now as the inbox is full. I wish went elsewhere, honestly. I feel like he saw me as an easy target, single mum, with no knowledge of tech, and he ripped me off. Take your chances if you wish, I wouldn't. It brings me to tears that I can't get this fixed, and my boys birthday present is defective.
