Google MapsI commenced residence at Glenview in April 2024, my older brother who resided at Glenview, spoke favourably about the organisation as did my family members. I have experienced great support here and have enjoyed my time. I always speak positively about Glenview as I am in better circumstances than I had lived prior.

Google MapsWhen my wife needed to move to permanent supported accommodation after 24 years of home care, we chose Glenview. The accommodation is excellent and the range of activities cover many interests and provide an opportunity to try something new. Personal care is respectful, attentive, and staff work hard to reach industry goals set by Canberra. I am grateful for the level of care provided by Glenview, a level that was no longer possible at home.

Google MapsLovely, helpful Staff….. Kind at Reception…. I do think there could be more funding applied to eventuate better such sad situations for those when they pass away, as it was quite confronting to see how on the occasion our theatre crew, arrived to pick up a resident, part of our Prestigious group, only to see people taking a beloved person, away after they had passed, out the front of the entrance. Maybe? A government body? Could help with this? As this was quite traumatising for myself, let alone our lovely Dear friend who resides at this facility. Please note, all my recommendations come with great respect, not to in any way, disrespect or bring any negativity but to only suggest a better system be applied for those at the end of their earthly life journey, with Grace, Gratitude and Blessings to all, Sincerely Sarah Van Oosten.
