I had the absolute pleasure of working with this organisation, and they have genuinely been the most supportive company I’ve ever been part of in the disability sector. From day one, they created an environment where I felt valued, encouraged, and empowered to grow. Even when I went on maternity leave, their support never stopped. They were incredibly understanding and accommodating during that time, and it meant so much to feel respected both as an employee and as a mum. I also had them down as a reference recently, and again they went above and beyond. Their response was warm, prompt, and genuinely reflective of the positive working relationship we had. It showed that their care for staff extends well beyond employment. I’m truly grateful for my time with this company. If you’re looking for a workplace that values people, supports their team, and upholds strong ethics in the disability industry, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
