High disability services is one of the best center for disable people...I wish I could work here to help disable people.. I am totally impressed by their hardwork.

My personal experience and opinion- Moses falsely claimed staff had CPI training, then retracted after seeking evidence of this. Moses confirmed they used AI software to 'assist' to respond to emails. After concerns over using AI assitance but not having agreed to this, I was Provided their Privacy Policy dated May 2025, but metadata showed was updated just hours before being sent to me. I felt they were extremely misleading and when questioned about these inconsistencies- Moses said their was a misalignment between my expectations and the service they can provide. My expectations were honesty and transparency- which they apparently they cannot provide. Highly concerning that if someone seeks accountability and questions them, they cannot provide supports- this raises huge red flags in my opinion, that raising complaint would be a risk to ongoing services and that participants of this provider would be at risk of having no voice- my personal opinion from the interactions.
