ClickabilityI would like to give a big shout-out to Multicultural Assist. They're like my NDIS champions. I was stuck waiting around with another company for six months, but then Joumana from Multicultural Assist came along, and boom, we got my NDIS stuff sorted out quick smart. They sort out everything for me – from cleaning up my place to fixing up the garden, doing the shopping with me, and even getting me to my appointments and fun outings. Whenever I need a hand, I just call Joumana, and she's on it. They really know how the NDIS works and help me make the most of my funding. ClickabilityI had conversations with several providers before I chose Multicultural Assist. It seems there are so many untrustworthy NDIS providers with unreliable services, but Anne stood out immediately. Her straightforward and sincere approach gave me confidence – what a difference to the others! Most importantly, she’s from my community and gets the unique challenges we face. Being a single mother with two autistic sons isn't easy, particularly within our community where understanding is scarce. My older son's behavioural autism and tendency to abscond makes it even harder for providers to manage. But, the support from the Multicultural Assist team has been life-changing. They've offered us a safe haven to grow and learn. I've gained a deeper understanding about my children, helping me to accept and support them better. There’s a level of respect and acceptance at Multicultural Assist that makes me feel normal and valued. They acknowledge my situation without needing constant reminders. If I ever need advice or information, Anne is just a call away, providing clarity without the need to navigate the NDIS call centre maze. No more waiting for callbacks that never come.
