Google MapsWe have had the pleasure of engaging four different support workers from Rainbow Connections over the past year, and all of them have been amazing! I am pretty funny about who I have in my home, but felt complete comfortable with all of these guys. Every one of them, but particularly our regular worker, B, goes above and beyond to make not just the client, but the whole family, feel supported. Highly recommend!

Google MapsWhere do I start! Honestly rainbow connections has changed my life for the better, all the support workers are exceptional and truly love what they do! And they do it so well with a smile every time. My main worker is Cheyenne and she has been the light in my life I needed and couldn’t produce myself. Will always recommend rainbow connections to anyone and everyone. All the love x

Google Mapswas told to work independently with my support worker as well as through rainbow to accommodate shorter shifts. It was going okay, I didn’t mind that he would be 30 mins late because he would stay back for 30 mins, and I felt like we connected well. Then he cancelled a shift at the time it was supposed to start because he had a party to go to, and then cancelled the next mornings shift and all shifts that day going forward because he had shifts with rainbow, which was frustrating because they were the ones to tell me to go independent with him. I told Nat I would be ceasing services with him and she asked why and told me it would be investigated as it didn’t reflect rainbows values. She also said I’d get a call back that Thursday to organise support with someone else. She never called back, and I went from having support at least 6-8 times a week, to having support 5 times a fortnight. I didn’t reach out because Nat has lied to me before, telling me my primary support worker wasn’t available, only for them to contact me themselves and tell me they are available, so I felt like I likely wasn’t going to hear from her again or have a positive experience after what had happened.
