90percent of care people are great it’s the other 10 percent that don’t communicate with me I recommend reliable for disability services.

We have a family member being cared for in the same house as a recent disparaging review from a participant in that house. We could not be happier with the amazing care and professionalism of all of the staff. I cannot understand what would bring someone being cared for in that house to say all the things that are blatantly false. Such wonderful staff don’t deserve to be treated this way by one of the clients they look after.

I have been cared for and looked after by all the staff at RDS since 2022, and I can honestly say that I can not speak highly enough of the treatment I have always received. The carers are ALWAYS friendly, compassionate hard working and professional, diligent workers, and I have been assisted every step of the way in regards to my rehabilitation and welfare. Also the staff have helped me out with daily tasks on a regular basis, not to mention the moral support I have received over the years . All my carers and staff greet me with a smiling face and are always affable to relate to. Not just the cooking, cleaning and washing tasks required, but empathy, care and humane treatment makes my life so much more easier and it is great to relate with them on a personal level as well . Throughout my experience with RDS , I have nothing but positive gratitude towards all the staff, not just the carers but also the office staff, who diligently organise my weekly grocery shopping and book transport for my necessary appointments. Overall I am extremely satisfied and grateful for Reliable Disability services managing my affairs. Thankyou kindly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service and respect.
