I honestly cannot rate Firaol highly enough after having him work with my daughter with ADHD/ASD/PDA/RSD/ID (among other diagnoses) as a support worker at school. He helped with her regulation, helping her recognise when she was becoming dysregulated and providing tools to assist her to become regulated again; he would remove her from certain situations when she was unable to recognise what needed to be done herself, and aid her in working through her emotions; Fira somehow managed to help her learn through different strategies, even somehow while playing Barbie’s (which I’m sure he *loved*… not. lol). He would encourage my daughters’ creativity by allowing her to focus on her passions (bugs/beetles/craft) and allow her to build “homes” out of whatever items she’d taken to school with her that day. His patience with her would often blow me away. Fira was *always* well presented, punctual, professional, and provided care of the highest level. If we had not moved an hour out of the area, I’d still have Fira working with her - and there’s a big measure of grief for us both that this isn’t happening!! If you require a carer and are considering employing someone from RHHHC, don’t hesitate - they will ensure you get the right fit for your needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
