Google Maps**Extremely Disappointing Service** I had high hopes for this in-home support service, but it was a terrible experience. The staff didn’t show up at all on the first day, without any notice. Showed up 30 minutes early and leaving 30 mins earlyer then whats stated in the signed contract. When they did arrive, they were unprofessional and seemed unprepared to provide the level of care I expected. Communication with the company was difficult, and they were slow to address any concerns. Could not provide same day infomation needed to our coordinator. Told 3 different things about 1 issue. Then continues to send workers 30 mins early after contract terminated I cannot recommend this service, as it did not meet even basic standards of care and reliability.
