Google MapsTrilogy Care “takes care of” of my mother in law accounts. Aged care provides funds for her nappies and when we buy these sanitary items we send receipts to Trilogy Care for reimbursement. When we sent these receipts it usually takes us several emails, several phone calls for them to action on it. Most of the time we cannot be bothered as we know how much of struggles we have to go through to be reimbursed, so we end up paying from our own pocket for it. It’s just so sad and disappointing as there are people getting salary to do their job but they don’t. If I can leave zero stars I would. Very sad to have this agency to look after the most needy.
