. The worker’s are friendly, but the organization falls short. The provider doesn't seem to listen to the client's needs. I requested two workers for a non-verbal child and received random workers, which didn't meet my expectations. The workers were assigned a high-complexity child and need to improve their communication and client listening skills the support worker are nice and I found working with this organisation to be very stressful because the company needs to improve in a few areas. I firmly believe that listening to clients' needs is crucial, as supporting them is the primary goal. Showing compassion for others is essential in being a good caregiver or organization.
