Google MapsI visited Chris in Winton Hills, super easy and convenient location. Chris was able to assist with neck, should & headache pain. After a small amounts of visits Chris was able to bring my back to my normal self. Chris emailed me exercises straight away & followed up on our consultation. Very professional & always on time.

He goes above and beyond to help me understand my injury such as videos and other resources, and how to work on it when I go home. Would definitely recommend physio at Winston Hills for anyone who wants a friendly and comfortable experience. I always tell friends and family about seeing Chris for injury and pain!

Google MapsI'v got a tennis elbow, and the pain was really bad, was struggle to hold a cup of coffee. Joubert, the physiotherapist at Activ Therapy Winston Hills is amazing, he's very knowledgeable and easy going. Very experienced about the issues and knows how to deal with it. After attending his therapy for a few weeks and doing appropriate excises now, my tennis elbow recovers really well. Highly recommended.
