Google MapsI highly recommend Joubert at Activ Therapy Winston Hills. He did an excellent job helping me restore my shoulder and neck. I was struggling with pain, but his treatment, combined with the home exercises he provided, has completely alleviated it. I’ve also regained strength and mobility in the process. Joubert is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his patients. If you’re looking for a physio, you won’t be disappointed!

Chris is knowledgeable in the field of physiotherapy and the exercises and program he created helped me address imbalances and weaknesses in my glutes, core and upper back which caused pain in the lower back. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Winston Hills or wider Hills area who wants long term treatment for pain they may have. Chris and his wife are also very welcoming people and treat clients with respect.

Google MapsI've been attending physiotherapy sessions with Chris after injuring my shoulder. Chris has been super helpful and friendly with my recovery and has been informative about what exercises I need to do a. I can say my shoulder has been a lot better since I've seen him. He has also attended to other issues such as improving my form when I lift at the gym and has taught me muscle relaxing techniques to ease tension. Would 100% recommend!
