Hunter is the shining star on the team with her warm, friendly, professional service and support with setting a newby like me up with a program to be reviewed in 8 weeks. The facilities are clean and there are enough machines for everyone. I definitely recommend this gym

Google MapsCouldn’t be happier with Active Fitness! Just started after having baby number 3 and all staff have gone above and beyond to help me feel at ease. My five month old loves creche and I feel so comfortable leaving him there. My older two kids love going as well. I wouldn’t have been able to get back into exercise properly if it wasn’t for the creche at the gym. So a big thank you!

The staff are brilliant and accommodating but most of all the friends you make is fantastic. Everyone helps and encourages each other. It’s a fantastic gym to be a part of

Google MapsThis is the most greedy company I have ever encountered. They show absolutely no sympathy toward their customers. Here is what happened: I was sick for almost six months — so sick that I could barely function, let alone check emails or my bank account. At the early stage of my illness, I contacted them and asked to put my membership on hold. They did so temporarily and later reactivated it “just in case” I could return to the gym. Unfortunately, my condition worsened significantly. I then asked them again to pause my membership, but this time they declined. I was extremely unwell and almost unconscious during that period, so I was unable to reply to their email afterward. Today, I finally felt well enough to check my bank account and saw that I had been charged. I accepted that, as I understand I didn’t get the chance to respond earlier. However, I am now physically unable to return to the gym, so I requested to cancel my membership — only to be told it will still take another month, meaning I will be charged again. I truly hope that one day you understand what being sick really means. Being sick means being at the lowest point in your life — and yet there are still companies willing to take money from you without compassion. After years of being a loyal customer, this is the treatment I received. I will never return, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. Simply wow.

Google MapsThe best gym I’ve ever been to. Has the best sense of community and a welcoming vibe for anybody at any fitness level and age. Facilities are always super clean and maintained. Classes are well curated and are clearly designed with their members in mind. A gym that puts a lot of thought and effort into every detail that doesn’t go unnoticed! After going to a lot of ‘lazy effort’ gyms , it feels great to be apart of a space that cares. Oh, and the leg press machine is insanely comfortable.
