I was treated for neck & upper back pain - and felt listened to as Matt was very mindful of my enjoyment of getting back into the gym post-birth and the practicalities of having a newborn when managing this injury. Further, I left having all my questions answered, a thorough understanding of the cause of the injury and how to rehabilitate it, and welcomed pain relief following targeted massage. Thankyou !
