Google MapsIt was a very pleasant experience, they brought the scooter to me and demonstrated how it would fit into the boot of my car, how to put it together and take apart, was more than helpful when it came to explaining the controls and demonstrating how it works. They also advised me if I have any issues of any sort just to contact them and they would be more than happy to call in and see me. I cannot recommend a better place to deal with.

Google MapsI have recently dealt with Active Scooters regarding transporting an existing scooter bought from them 5 years ago, they kindly agreed to pick up, service, then use their known couriers to transport it to Victoria so a loved one would be able to have some mobility. It removed the angst from my life and happily arrived safely and now has a new home. My Thanks to John and Connie for their help. Diane B ( Qld)

Google MapsI have not had an opportunity to visit my parents to observe their progress with the scooters. I have however spoken with them and they are happy with them. Already my Dad has been on a marathon trip over most surfaces. His long trips have other benefits not foreseen. Sometimes old people can be in each other's company more than they each want. My Mum is thankful for the times when my father is out on his scooter as it give her a break from the role of carer. They are bith able to take the dog for more and longer walks. So all good at this stage.
