Google MapsWhat a horrendous experience. We called Acua and expressed interest in getting speech therapy for our son who is 2 years, 8 months of age. They took all our details over the phone before they took our booking, along with making us complete a client intake form and then when we arrived at the session we were told they don’t recommend kids under 3 attending speech therapy and he would not benefit from it because he wouldn’t listen. We were dismissed after 10 minutes with little information given, our son was barely even looked at. They then pursued $295 for the session even after we gave our feedback to management on what happened, they truly did not care. Our son has now attended splash therapy in Essendon and we have seen significant results in 2 sessions. If you are looking for help with speech and have a toddler this is NOT the place to go.
