Google MapsWe tried this speech therapy clinic for about two weeks, but unfortunately, even in this short amount of time our experience was very negative and disappointing. The ongoing staffing issues disrupted my son’s sessions, and the way the situation was handled just felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’d recommend exploring other options that can provide more consistency and reliability in care when it comes to your little ones.

Google MapsI had a deeply disappointing experience with Adapt OT and their occupational therapist. Instead of fostering independence and empowering me to make decisions about my own care, they consistently tried to take control and undermine my autonomy. Their approach seemed designed to instill fear rather than support, and they were quick to blame me when issues arose with the NDIS. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone seeking compassionate and respectful occupational therapy.
