Google MapsI started my journey as a nervous beginner — just like that licence plate says! I had to practise a lot, learn many new English words, and understand countless driving scenarios before finally completing my CBT&A course, especially after failing the VORT a few times. Then, just when I thought it was over, I was selected for a “Random Validation” by Service SA as part of my overseas licence conversion. That meant I had to completely re-program my driving to meet the requirements of yet another assessment. Today, as I write this, I’m proud to say I passed — losing only 9 points (knowing that more than 40 points would have meant failing and starting all over again). That feeling of relief and achievement is hard to describe. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire Adelaide School of Driving team — including (but not limited to) Raj, Roger, Marshal, Dhaval, Brijesh, Ruchi, Josef, Mahi, and several others whose names I may have missed. Every one of them played a part in building my confidence, competence, and safer driving strategies. Today, I feel truly proud of myself. I would highly recommend this school to anyone — it’s a one-time investment that’s absolutely worth it. If I had to go through the process again, I would choose this school without hesitation. And yes… I loved driving the Mustang during lessons — the Tesla was fun too!
