My elderly mum stays with us weekly and suffers from arthritis, and this bed has made a huge difference. It provides her with the comfort and support she needs, which gives us peace of mind knowing she’s resting well. Highly recommend Adjusta for their quality and service!

Google MapsMy adjusta bed has been a god send! I suffer with thoracic outlet syndrome and am always in pain so to be able to adjust my bed makes all of the difference. The bed will also aid my upcoming recovery following major surgery - the bed will be invaluable in helping me to get in and out of bed and to help me sleep in an upright position following surgery. I also love that the bed looks just like any ordinary bed and the trim is grey and clean cut.

Months later it’s completely changed how we sleep since we can’t have any physical contact without falling down a massive gap. Waiting to hear about some wedge insert (for a fee of course). Was interested to see Adjusta hasn’t replied publicly to my review but have to others. Would like to see how they can rectify my issues after many, many attempts… ORIGINAL REVIEW: We looked at getting an Adjusta bed as we’d heard good things from a family member. We had specific questions though prior to purchasing, including will the gap in the middle be noticeable as we like to sleep close together, and will I still be able to reach my bedside table given I’m a breastfeeding mother and up multiple times per night and needing items. I was assured that as we were purchasing the ‘premium mattress’ there would be no noticeable gap, and the bed had ‘wall hugger technology’ keeping all items close by. Straight away, the gap was noticeable, and my bedside table is no where near accessible - I have to pull it so far away from the wall so that it’s close by, it looks ridiculous. We raised these concerns and were met simply with ‘there is no manufacturing issue’. That may be true, but this is not what we were told. We were then pitched an insert to place between the gap, but I wasn’t handing over any more money given we were told in the first place it wouldn’t be noticeable, and we now can’t sleep anywhere near each other in the bed. Now the beds have started making noise when using the vibrating function, and we’ve found the beds were never joined together when installed. As a new parent, I’m already sleep deprived, and these beds were no improvement to the quality of sleep. Sure the vibrate is a nice novelty, but now that it’s rattling, we don’t even use that. The installers who arrived at our house, while efficient (except for not connecting the beds) were definitely lacking in hygiene. I hate to mention, but the odour and cigarette smell made me feel sick, and I couldn’t be in the room until it aired out after they left. Very disappointed by the experience and customer service, mostly because we feel misled after raising specific concerns upfront, and feel like they were oversold to us, just to get the sale, not genuinely meet our needs. For almost $8,000, I would say not worth it.

Google MapsDemonstration staff were very friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that the mattress ordered was not available when the base was delivered but the correct one arrived quickly. Am still getting used to the bed and have had to buy new bedding but I am finding it very comfortable and I am sleeping well.

Google MapsVery good information from Graig on all the futures of the bed. Order/purchased on Sunday, phone call that evening with delivery day and time. Arrived Wednesday of same week! Amazing! Set up all packing taken away. Shown all the need to know stuff. Had a month now and what a difference it has made to my sleep, no more aches waking up. No more reflux, no more back pain, less legs twitch. So easy to make too. Happy as. 😁
