Google MapsExceptional Service, Had an issue with Critical Pain medication, Doctor wrongly dated the script, making script unusable. Doctor away on holidays, Medical centre booked up for next 4 days, meaning unable to get new script. Events At 1 pm The Pharmacist informed me that he had done everything possible, but I needed to get a new script, it was my problem. ( Not Good) Surgery completely booked up for next 4 days At 3pm The Pharmacist informed me that He had been able to aquire me a New Script, ( I have been a long term client getting very strong pain Medication from this chemist ,So I was a genuine user of this class of medication, Not an addict as sometimes users of the medication, Fentanyl are classified. These people at this chemist genuinely care about their clients, demonstrated by the assistance I received. The Pharmacist did the impossible for a genuine customer, he just didn't leave me with a problem not of my making. Exceptional Personal Professional Service. Events dated January 2024.

Google MapsApparently I was not enough of a customer to be eligible to get the diabetic medication I needed, even though I had been getting my script filled there 2-3 times already - I was a new customer to never again customer - very poor indeed - I would regard myself as a potential regular customer IF I was happy with the service etc, I was NOT constantly seeking your help but considering making you my go to pharmacy but it is my prerogative to shop around for what I need. What are pharmacies for but to serve peoples needs. I said to you I did NOT need it immediately and waiting was fine I did NOT expect it NOW, I did NOT demand anything and do not feel entitled or expect to jump queues, I understand what is going on with the medication hold ups etc, and said that to you. I was told by your staff months ago to ring or call in to order my next doses 2-3 weeks BEFOR I needed it - AND THAT IS WHAT I DID - I was fully aware that it may take longer than 2-3 weeks to get it. I was simply doing what was said to me by YOUR staff. I WAS/AM angry, from my perspective you were refusing to consider that I was a legitimate customer, I did not get the chance to become a "regular" customer you nipped that in the bud. My review reflects how I felt, and my bewilderment at feeling that I was not welcome as a customer so voiced how I felt. My experience at your pharmacy was NOT golden so why would I give a golden review.

Google MapsAll my experiences with Pharmasave Darley have been fantastic. The staff are helpful and friendly and the pharmacist are very knowledgeable. Every time I have dealt with them they have provided everything I require. Brilliant all around experiences! Highly recommend anyone try them out.

Google MapsI used to think that being such a small pharmacy prices would be higher than other pharmacy’s such as Chemist Warehouse or UFS - I was so wrong! Prices here are mostly on par with other pharmacy’s, there are a few things that cost more but there’s a lot that a cheaper also. The reason I won’t go anywhere else is because of the pharmacists and staff. I have never had a bad experience here. I am always greeted with a smile and they all go above and beyond to help everyone. Keep up the good work guys, please know that everything you all do doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s also appreciated. 5⭐️
