Google MapsI am extremely disappointed by the way the pharmacy treats their customers. I bought an item, in error, (the two products look almost identical) and upon discovering that went to either exchange it or get a refund. The pharmacy refused to take the item in its original packaging on the grounds it was "contaminated". It sounds bizzare. 100's of people go through the pharmacy every day and touch items on the shelves. I have not taken the item from its original packaging. Having contacted ACCC, I would be asking pharmacy management to have a clear return policy statement provided to the consumers on the premises. I couldn't find on your website. Extremely disappointed!
