Google MapsTables are fantastic but unfortunately their service department is shocking. Refused to come install a replacement motor that died after 2 years (and still under warranty) and wanted to charge for service despite being in Metro Melbourne. Have always used and recommended Athlegen tables but disappointing service for a top end product

When I upgraded my last table to a custom made beauty it was worth every single cent!!! My clients rave about the comfort it provides. When I say all my clients I mean every single one. It’s my baby. Most recently I needed an urgent service and the customer service went above and beyond!! Thanks Carmel!! I was in absolute panic mode but the team at Athlegen saved me and I even ended up getting a second table. Google MapsI purchased two custom made Athlegen Electric Tables in the mid 1990s. Fortunately, they have performed marvellously and faithfully ever since. In the last year or so one had started to make slight creaking noises when making small up or downward movements. It was great to hear that Rick Schmidt continues on with the company. He sold me the tables originally and came out to thoroughly service the tables this week. No more creaking. I love my Athlegen treatment tables and highly recommend them for their stability and durability over time. Thanks Team!
