Google MapsMy son has been seeing james for years now and what he has taught my son us invaluable. My son was almost totally non verbal when they started he had multiple issues around strength,folliwing direction and so much more that were of such a high level he wasnt able to function or communicate without assistance. On the first meeting my son spoke to james and the goal achievements havent stopped. While having life long struggles he now functions at a much higher level and not only is able to interact with sports but has improved in every facet such as interactions with people through gained confidence and much more. I cannot praise james and thus company enough. They change lives.
Our experience with speech and physio has been very disappointing. Nothing against any therapists, they all are great and try to give their 100%, bless you all. However, the therapist attrition rate is extremely high, yes, every 2–3 months the therapist changes, just when your child starts building rapport and trust. It honestly feels more like a training institute for new or inexperienced therapists than a stable therapy service. To make things worse, therapists often cancel sessions same day or just a few hours before the appointment via text, and no replacement or backup therapist is provided. However, if you need to cancel, they charge a 100% session fee with no flexibility if you cancel in less than 24 Hrs notice. That policy should work both ways — respect and fairness should be mutual. The management team is disorganized and unresponsive. Overall, the lack of consistency and accountability has made this a very frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and professional therapy service.
