So today I had a skin check with Dr Kathryn, I felt really comfortable and confident about what she told me. Tomorrow I’m booked for a biopsy, I am really pleased I chose Alpha Medical. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I am a patient from NSW and I needed a doctor. They got me in the morning of the same day I rang. My doctor was lovely. He checked my record and suggested I get some immunisations when I return home. Only had to wait half an hour to see him. I was very impressed. So much better service than we get in NSW. Thank you. X

When I booked it sent me the wrong location and then the receptionist got annoyed and tried to blame me for being late. Doctors are good. Online services are useless and the reception staff at second location (by chemist warehouse) are incredibly rude.
