Staff (i am not name shaming anyone here but they know who all am I talking about) used to be good and understanding when i first joined the agency but with time i guess the staff lost all their respect and decency to talk.. quite rude now even when its not your fault. So my story - they got some false information about me from one of my colleagues (who is a slacker) and they believed her even though their clients gave some awesome feedback about me and based on her story and assumptions they started taking me off the roster for no reason .. without informing me prior and despite in need of staff and promising me regular and consistent work. So had to quit cz it wasnt worth working with such people.
