I am saddened and surprised to see negative reviews for this Pharmacy. My own experience has been wonderful - repeatedly! They always take care of me, they're helpful with any questions or dilemmas I might have and always offer me well-informed advice. I visit this Pharmacy for all my medical needs & if they don't have it in stock when I ask, they are happy to order it in for me. The times we see ourselves in right now are hard, items we took for granted before to be at hand immediately aren't always. This Pharmacy does its absolute best to assist in every regard & it is for this reason as well as the fact the Owner & his Staff are absolutely fantastic that I am a loyal client & go nowhere but here. They've earned 5 stars, my gratitude, respect & appreciation.

The young girls here don’t want to work. I was wanting to buy inglot make up but no one served us! My friend asked where body was the lady said to her I’m busy with a customer! Really bad service

Great if it's late as it's open till 9pm. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, it is notorious for being the slowest chemist in Albany, that being said they do a great job keeping a chemist open early till late for us here so it is very convenient and has all your medicinal, makeup, travelling, vaccination and skin care products making the store invaluable to people needing medication late at night.

Experienced some atrocious customer service when purchasing an OTC medicine. Online it was showing $10 cheaper BUT had to be purchased online. The staff lost interest in serving me when I told them I'd spend 3 mins ordering via my phone with pick up from the store I was standing in. Did just that and 5 mins later received an online message saying my order was ready for collection. Then I watched the staff handle my order, passing from one to the other with a chat about it and appeared to purposely making me wait. When handing the order over there were no pleasantries. The staff really did appear put out that I didn't just pay the OTC price of $10 more. A staff member with good training and the desire to see customers 'shop and save' would have fully supported the anomaly that saw me make a purchase that was $10 more if purchased directly in the store yet $10 cheaper if I ordered online and nominate the store I was standing in as the collection point. For those reviewing their grievances about high prices should check on-line first as a lot of the prices appear to matching Chemist Warehouse.
