Google MapsTo be honest it wasn't great I've walked out of Aryvedic massages floating as I am so relaxed. I was tense after this one. Masseuse kept telling me to relax...of course this has an opposite effect. I'm really sorry but won't be returning.

Google MapsI found Ananda Wellness after researching holistic ways to treat a number of health symptoms I was experiencing. I started working with Niveen around three months ago, focusing on a cleanse and ongoing diet improvements, finding balance in day-to-day routine and counselling. The ayurvedic plan was customised to my symptoms and concerns which were explored very thoroughly during our first meetings. Throughout the duration of the plan, Niveen was supportive and checked in regularly to ensure things were on track. Three months on and I feel much better than I did at the beginning of the year and continue to feel improvements week to week having found more balance in my life thanks to Niveen’s guidance and support. Thank you for all of your support so far Niveen and I look forward to continuing to work with you!
