ClickabilitySuqin has been a support worker for my 19-year-old son (intellectual disabilities and Autism), for 2 years. In that time, I have always found her to be reliable, flexible, trustworthy and professional and my son has formed a strong bond with her. When Suqin is supporting my son, she organises activities that she knows he will enjoy and shows great patience when dealing with any behaviours that may become evident during the course of his care. She includes him in the decision-making process and always discusses this with me prior to taking him out. Suqin is aware of and compliant with, any COVID regulations that are in effect at the time and takes this into account when discussing appropriate activities. I am very appreciative of everything that Suqin has done for us. Knowing that she is dependable and will be there to support my son as planned has allowed me to continue to work and for my son to gain important life skills.
