Very kind, approachable and honest . I love that so many of the staff have disabilitys and that really helps as they can share their first hand experiences. All the staff I've talked to are genuinely passionate about helping others be able to be more independent and advocate for them selves and showing that you can do almost everything you hope to achieve weather it takes longer or looks like a different path their , there's always a way. Aqa has helped me a lot and I'm very grateful to have found them
