Google MapsI had a planner meeting for an urgent COC. The planner was being rigid at first until reading the document from Rozanna in 15 minutes I had a contact from Home and Living (NDIS) who granted SIL funding. I have since put both Helen and Rozanna in speed dial. Not only was the report done excellent it was realistic enough for even a planner during a season of cuts was unable to undermine the required supports.
