Google MapsTerrible provider. Dont give them your business!! My wife paid thousands for a course only to be told 12 months after completion that the certifate is invalid because THEY didnt take proper records/evidence for the regulator! On top of that they arrogantly "require" my wife to work several unpaid shifts so they can complete the "gap assessment" that they failed to do the first time around - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. STAY AWAY from this mob!!

Google MapsI am changing from Auscare to another provider after 8months of total dissatisfaction and very poor customer service. Messages are never acknowledged or responded to.Communication is appalling.Many of those providing transport are using their private vehicles that are filthy! It is evident that the support workers have little training and are unable to perform simple tasks or need to be micromanaged. So disappointing and a total waste of my NDIS funding!
