We were with this gym for almost a year but had a disappointing experience with the competition team. Despite paying extra fees, there were no competitions, and skill progression was slow—basic Level 1 skills weren’t introduced after several months. Some coaches lacked consistency and, we later learned, appropriate qualifications. Repeated emails and calls about fees, missed services, and coaching concerns went unanswered, leaving us feeling ignored. Our daughter has since moved to Delta North Lakes, where it became clear she had fallen behind. The gym also lacked the supportive atmosphere we were hoping for, with situations like asking kids to leave training over unpaid accounts being handled poorly. What began as a promising experience ultimately shifted toward a focus on finances over development.
Our family was part of this gym for almost three years, and we had hoped that joining the competition team would offer my daughter a chance to grow and develop her skills more quickly than in the P2P classes. However, after seven months, she hadn't yet been introduced to many of the level 1 skills, which led us to feel concerned. We were paying additional competition fees, even though no competitions had taken place, on top of weekly two-hour classes led by a coach who didn't seem to have a background in gymnastics. There was also an annual membership fee and separate entry fees that were requested in cash. Since then, my daughter and two other team members have moved to Delta at North Lakes. It's become clear that our girls had unfortunately fallen behind, and we felt this may have been due to a lack of consistent attention. We also found that the gym didn't quite have the family-oriented atmosphere we were hoping for. Witnessing instances where the owner would ask children who had been with the gym for a long time to leave the floor due to late payments, felt like it could have been handled with more sensitivity. It also seemed that the owner wasn't always familiar with the parents unless there was an issue, and we rarely saw her at the gym. It's a little disheartening because the gym did start out as a positive environment, but over time, it seemed the focus may have shifted primarily to financial gain.

Google MapsI've been taking my granddaughter for over a year now, currently 2 and a half years old and have witnessed her learn and achieve incredible milestones like balance, climbing safely, walking on beams, how to get down backwards safely, co-ordination, confidence, jumping, following instructions and interacting with other children her own age just to name a few. We currently have Georgia as her teacher and can honestly say Georgia has got a fantastic connection with all the children. She teaches with enthusiasm, fun and energy that brings out the best in the children. She has established her own relationship with all the kids in the group and by far is a stand out with her teaching abilities. My granddaughter and I look forward every week to learning new skills, practising what she's learnt and form friendships with children her own age. High 5 Miss Georgia !

Google MapsMy daughter ADORES her gymnastics classes here. We'e been here on and off for the last 3 years and they've only gotten better and better over that time. They clearly care a lot about their students, take feedback from parents on board and are always striving to improve their programs. Highly recommend, even for under 1 year olds, as they have taught my daughter a whole bunch of movement skills that have made her much more safe and confident.
