Google MapsI bought an electric massager at Priceline Harbourtown, and when I got home I found out it was faulty.I went to Priceline The Avenues with the item, the original package and the receipt, explaining that Harbourtown is too far for me to go back, I work and have a little child, so I just don't have the time. The Sales assistant said that I couldn't return it because it's a clearance item. I said that I work in retail too, I understand that you can't return a clearance item for change of mind, but it's within your rights if said item is faulty. She kept saying that it was clearance so I couldn't return it, and I should go back to Harbourtown, but it's really too far for me to go anytime soon. I eventually had to leave with my faulty item. It's a pity because I used to shop there all the time, but after this I don't think I'll come back.. I'll just switch to another pharmacy, because I really don't like how they handled the matter.

Google MapsVery rude service .rather saying excuse me can you move ..I need space .staff need training how to talk to customer and advise me to go petrol station or Cole’s rather trying to check another price line product was looking for..please train your staff.i came from caring work..felt like they are avoiding me as I am dirty person.
