Google MapsThis store continues to impress me. During the Covid lockdown, I needed to buy a new chair. One of the guys from Backcare and seating dandenong, drove to my house, and gave me a brand new therapod chair to trial for 1 week, to see how I would like it. Turns out the chair is so good, and much better than my original therapod (which I have had for 4 years). I have just paid them for the chair, and was so impressed by their willingness to do this. I remember four years ago, when I came out to the showroom, the owner stayed back until 9pm, and allowed me to test a chair then (as that was the only time I could come). Such a customer centric business, and am glad to do business with these guys. Nothing is too much trouble. From one business owner to another, 5 stars!
