Google MapsVisited Beds for Backs in Preston to find a new pillow and had such a great experience thanks to Atallah. We’d already been to the larger department stores, but the service here was on a completely different level. Atallah was incredibly patient and took the time to help me test over 10 different pillows (including the same one several times, because I’m very fussy). He assessed my posture while I was lying down to make sure my neck and back were properly supported, and explained the pros and cons of each option, which helped make my decision, as I had no clue what to look for. He even price-matched with Myer. Highly recommend coming here if you don't know what type of pillow you need, especially if you have back or neck pain. You won’t get this level of personalised service in the big department stores, and when it comes to a pillow getting it right matters.

Google MapsWe had a really positive and enjoyable experience at Preston Beds for Backs recently, trying to sort out a comfortable pillow after too many years with the same one. It can be quite a challenge, and you don't want to get it wrong, as it could all get expensive. Fortunately, we were helped by Atallah, who not only knew the pros and cons of each brand well, but was very very patient and professional in assisting us to try each sample pillow. We eventually found what suited a good posture, for a bad neck that was not too hot. We wanted it all! A huge thanks, Attalah, you were very kind, and the pillow has been terrific. Jo
