Google MapsI highly recommend the O’Connor store if you are looking for a bedding product. After receiving inadequate service from another local Bedshed store, I decided to email 2 other stores ie shop around! . Chloe, manager, responded to my email promptly and provided me with a quote and a “best price” that I was extremely happy with. After a few emails and her providing detailed answers to my questions, I came in store to place my order. Julie assisted me as Chloe was working at another store. Once again, I received excellent service from Julie, pleasant and extremely helpful. Later that day, Chloe followed up with an email just to make sure that I was happy with the order. Now that is service !!! Chloe should be very proud of the high level of service she provided to me and it is also reflected in her staff. I am so pleased that I travelled a little bit further to O’Connor rather than use my local complacent Bedshed store, as service was 10 out of 10 at OConnor.
