The sheer range of beds and the technology behind them was shocking, and at other stores, I was constantly being pushed and upsold. Visiting Bedshed O'Connor was a completely different experience. The team immediately took a step back, gave me space to browse, and offered great advice without any pressure. I was able to take my time and choose the right bed for me. Their option was also much more affordable, and I felt like I received a fantastic price. The service from everyone was exceptional. I first dealt with Stephen, the manager, and then Julie W., who were both incredibly helpful. I was also offered a coffee and assistance from Gibson, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a truly great experience. I highly recommend the team at Bedshed O'Connor for anyone looking for a new bed without the pressure. Thank you, Stephen, Julie W, and Gibson!
Outstanding Service from Julie F at O’Connor Store I recently purchased a new mattress from the O’Connor Bedshed store, and I must commend Julie F for her exceptional customer service. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Despite having options at other retailers, I chose to return and purchase from Julie because of her outstanding service and the competitive price she offered. She made buying a top-end queen mattress a pleasant and seamless experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is the second time my partner and I have had the pleasure of being helped by Julie at Bedshed O'Connor, and once again, she was absolutely fantastic. A few years ago, she helped us choose a bed frame and provided such excellent service that we knew exactly who to look for when it was time to buy a new mattress. Julie is friendly, knowledgeable, and really takes the time to understand your needs without ever being pushy. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable both times. We couldn’t be happier with our new mattress and we’re grateful for the consistent, high-quality service Julie provides. I recently purchased a new Insignia Monroe King Mattress and an Aspects Sand Curved headboard and bed frame and the entire experience was fantastic.✨ A special thank you to Julie F, who was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour that made the whole process enjoyable. There was never any pressure or rush to make a decision. Instead, Julie took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me several firm mattress options before helping me settle on the Insignia Monroe King Mattress, which was exactly what I wanted. I was also looking for a bed frame and was genuinely impressed by the value of the Aspects Sand Curved frame. To get both the bed frame and the large curved headboard included for that price was outstanding value. The headboard itself has a stylish patterned design and looks far more premium than its price suggests. During my search, I found many competitors charging over $800 for a headboard alone, often with very plain designs, so the value on offer here really stood out. I visited several bedding stores before making my decision, but Julie's friendly demeanour, product knowledge and willingness to have a genuine conversation made all the difference. Customer service like that is becoming harder to find these days. At some of the other competitor stores I visited, the staff seemed a little uptight or stressed, which is understandable given they deal with all sorts of personalities throughout the day and the pressures that can come with retail. Whether it's sales targets, busy days, or customers still deciding what they want, I'm sure it's not an easy job. That's why Julie's relaxed, approachable attitude stood out so much and made the experience far more enjoyable. If every store had a Julie, my shopping experiences would be a lot better and my bank account would be a lot worse! 😂 Highly recommended, and thanks again to both Julie’s…yes there are 2…as we all had a great chat at the end of the day and for making what can often be a stressful purchase such a pleasant experience. Look out Bedsheds O’Connor if I ever get a retail business I’m stealing both Julie’s as they are a power team and great humans in my eyes lol ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
