Went in to purchase a new mattress to replace our very old one. We were greeted by Linda who listened to our needs and showed us a range of options to suit. Having previously been to another store (not a Bed Shed) to be greeted by a very "slick" and somewhat rude salesman, Linda was a breath of fresh air, helpful and not too pushy. Once purchased, communication from the store was also excellent, we were contacted when they stated we would be to arrange delivery, a follow-up call was made later in the week to confirm delivery arrangements and the delivery guys turned up on time (actually a few minutes early!), which was a pleasant surprise as this is not often the case.

My pensioner parents purchased a "Chiro Flex Essence 1200 QB Adjustable Base" along with the matching "Thrive QB Mattress" from Bedshed in late November and delivered two weeks later. However, upon inspection, we noticed that the delivery box for the adjustable base did not display the correct brand name, and the model number listed was "Aquarius-B" instead of "Chiro Flex Essence 1200." We immediately raised this issue with the delivery person and later contacted the store. Despite this, both store personnel and their distributor insisted that the product delivered was either the correct item or the "same" as the one we ordered. Store manager later reiterated that the product was "the same" and refused to provide a refund or exchange for the item we had originally purchased despite the screenshot of the product user's manual that store send to us noted different brand "DREMOTION" and model as "AQUARIUS-B 200 SERIES". Consumers should receive the exact brand and model they have paid for, and any substitute products should be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The store has been misleading and dishonest behaviour towards customers.

Huge shout out to Priscilla at Bedshed Cockburn. Priscilla greeted us as we entered the shop, listened to what we needed and found us the perfect bed frame and mattress.
