Ours was an insurance job through Shannon’s. We were first introduced to the Project Manager, Kosta, who sat down with us and went through everything that was going to happen. He was clear and precise as well as warm, friendly and funny. He made regular site visits to make sure everything was going to plan and answer any questions or address any issues we may have. The tradies rocked up when they said they would. They were always friendly and approachable. Their work was amazing. In fact they went over and above our expectations. Our experience with Campbell Contruction Co was only ever very positive, from beginning to the final sign off. We couldn’t praise them highly enough. Highly recommended. Big thank you to Kosta.
Thank you Campbell Construction for the repairs of damage completed to my home. The service was excellent. Your site Supervisor Sam Barton was outstanding at organising and overseeing all the repairs that needed to be fixed and was able to answer and advise on any queries or concerns in a professional and very helpful manner. The trade companies especially Burleigh Paint and Plaster were fantastic, very precise, diligent, clean and a great work ethic, a pleasure to have working in my home. I am extremely happy with the results.
Where do i start with this amazing company… Campbells was first mentioned to us from a close friend who had nothing but great things to say about Ben Campbells company. We took their advice and jumped in. Campbells showed caring and professionalism through every step. The site was kept immaculate due to Kenny Macleans strict work ethics to all tradies who worked on the project. We have been the house now a few weeks and the after sales service is fantastic. We could not be happier. 10/10 team Campbells . You have excelled in every way. Thank you.

Google MapsThis was an insurance claim. After nearly nine months still not complete. They lie, bully and do not communicate with you. They make up stories so tradies don't come back or do sub standard jobs. They sub contract to cheap rather than quality tradies and then blame the home owners because you are not a tradie and wonder why it doesn't close or look good etc. They double book or not book at all the Tradespeople then prioritise non insurance jobs. If your insurance company in Bundaberg say Campbell Construction say no way! All we wanted was our house repaired! Mine is an independent review not a relative. QBE and other Insurance Companies need to research and never use Campbell Construction for any insurance claim. The Manager of Campbell Construction takes no responsibility. I have offered him to discuss with me but he is hiding. Reply to Campbell Construction reply: Firstly, when you say we like criticisms etc so we can improve, "however". However, being the operative word, means you accept no responsibility and will never improve and looking back at other reviews you never have. Same as, I apologise, "but". I started reading your reply, it was so long winded gave up half way through a bit like Campbell Construction's building time frame, it goes on and on. I did notice you blamed the Insurance Company. The insurance company approved all my repairs so don't know whose file you were reading. My complaint has nothing to do with the Insurance Company it all belongs to you. You ignored the directions given to you by QBE regarding communication and time management of my repairs after I had to make the first formal complaint months ago. The repercussions I received after this complaint were horrendous. My new builder is fixing Campbell Construction shoddy work, yes 9 months and still no where near finished. The extra work from their Tradespeople OMG one sent an additional $1700 invoice above quote with the threat of pay or we won't finish insurance work, the other a $3 light switch covers cost $100, so no won't be having any of them back, in fact any of you set foot on my property and I will be calling the police for trespass. Only those 2 were engaged to do extra and were they great? Absolutely not but then again Campbell Construction had told them all any cash settlements I received so they were all out for their slice of the pie. Final advice to anyone unfortunate to have Campbell Construction working on your most valuable asset, your home, put up security cameras everywhere and lock up your silverware. Oh and sign this or else is not just bullying and Elder abuse it is extortion! Oh and who replied, the Owner, CEO, Janitor? Put your name and position to it or your reply means nothing!!
Genuine review - full new home build. We built our home with Campbell Construction Co and absolutely love it. From start to finish, their communication and care were truly elite. Pat, our dedicated project manager answered every question promptly, every detail was handled thoughtfully, and we always felt like a priority throughout the entire process. They're not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive, but the quality of the work is as good as I've seen in 20 years of building homes. What really stood out was the respect and consideration they showed to our neighbours during the build, we’ve genuinely had multiple neighbours rave about how well they were treated. That speaks volumes about the kind of company they are. May seem small, but it's really nice to move in to a happy street! We couldn’t be happier with our home or the experience.
