Our family has gone through a couple of intake processes with SIL/SDA Providers and i have to say the process with Kind and Care was highly professional, seamless and carried out with sincere empathy and care. The house my brother has moved into is kept extremely clean compared to the many others I have inspected and he has stayed in, and I am already feeling a huge amount of support knowing the carer burden will be lightened for me.
