Google MapsThank you so much Change for life, especially Dr Malini Singh and Aaron Verty for their constant support during the time, when we needed the most for our child. We absolutely are so grateful to them for providing us extremely thorough reports and their services. My son is always looking forward for his therapy sessions. The whole place is so warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend change for life for their vast knowledge and skills.

Google MapsCan not recommend change for life, the team of therapists and dr Malini enough!! My son has been in therapy for over a year and is just thriving! The whole team genuinely care and have his best interest at heart and are just so lovely all around! Couldn’t have picked a better place and am so happy he is where he is, we wouldn’t be in the place we are now without the help of change for life. Recommend 100%!

Google MapsI have 3 children that attend Change for Life for a variety of needs. The therapists are engaging, personable, professional and keep the parents updated with areas of improvement, tailored strategies for ongoing care in "the real world", address any concerns they may have and celebrate success with our children. The staff at the front desk are warm, engaging and greet my children when they arrive which is amazing.

Google MapsPoor form - I was booked in for an assessment, which they accepted and took payment. After the initial appointment, said all was fine for the assessment to be undertaken. This is where the wheels really fell off I got a call the day prior to the assessment stating I needed a doctors referral. This requirement was never communicated prior to this. I very luckily got an appointment for a referral and provided it. I received a phone call on the day of the appointment stating I needed a further appointment prior to the assessment at the cost of an additional $300. So my assessment was cancelled on very short notice despite the fact I had already taken the day off work for this assessment to occur. I could not afford this so I cancelled the assessment. It then took over a week to get funds refunded, with a $250 "admin fee" deducted with no description as to why this has occurred. I cancelled due to their poor management of my assessment. I would give zero stars if I was able to.
