Google MapsHave been with this company for over 8 years. All good up until the last few weeks. Change of worker, that we have had for over 5 years on 1 days notice. ***** 5 stars for our beautiful worker who looked after both my Mother before she passed & also my Father. She was like family. Change of times for new staff. Handover only organised after I contacted the coordinator. 1 day hand over for 1 staff member. We have now got 2 staff members. 2 hours per day, twice a week. My father was hospitalised with heart failure - so ceased services whilst in hospital. No offer of his carer to visit - as this had been done previously. Roster staff changed morning times to afternoons - not convenient for someone that’s just come from hospital, and naps after lunch. Needed a blood pressure monitor, took forever. Needed a new non slip mat as when the initial order was done - only 1 got ordered. And as for the scales for weight - which has to be done daily - BMI Etc, after almost 2 weeks they’ve finally arrived - the most basic scales that only do weight and are non slip arrived. Could have purchased them from Coles for $45. And Yes I did look at what they had purchased. After doing some looking around, I have found a company who does not charge exuberant prices to manage the package, and had a nurse here straight away. We did get a nurse from Coasit, over 1 week after discharge from hospital. To say they obviously have some sort of managing / staffing problems would be my thought. And the wait time to see an OT. Only in the last month I have lost any faith with this company. They did change the roster - only to be phoned to make it after lunch. Obviously happy to lose their clients. Put in a complaint & because I changed providers it got closed. Hmmmm Do they have something to hide. I’ve requested it to be reopened. Not impressed at all. My advice is look around there’s better companies out there.
