Google MapsLoved the experience here! They have a lot of different class (did I mention boxing ?) and flexible timetable. I worked 9-5 so always attend the after 6 p.m class. Classes go from beginner to higher. You can go easy if you are new to it or try something a bit more challenging. Everyone got some!

Google MapsBeautiful and clean space with simple modern interior. The instructors are very helpful at guiding first timers for Pilates like me! The size of the class is just about right as well! Not too big not too small. I would recommend it to any of my fiends!

Google MapsI have been going to classes at The Studio for a couple of weeks now and I’m loving it. The space is beautiful and the staff are fantastic, always stepping in quickly to provide feedback on form if needed which is great if you are new to reformer pilates like me. There’s a wide variety of class times and instructors, making it easy to find a class that suits you.

Google MapsHad an amazing class with Jo this morning. Each instructor has their own teaching style, which means every class is different and focuses on different muscle groups. Each class is innovative and lets you push your limits and challenge yourself if you want, but also allows you to work at your own pace if something isn't for you. The space is fresh and inviting and beautiful to work out in. Would highly recommend The Studio if you are wanting to start or continue your Pilates journey. The cycle, barre, and yoga classes are also exceptional. The addition of Studio HQ online is an added bonus for those times where you don't want to leave the house!
