Google MapsDELIGHTFUL CARE SOLUTIONS (DCS) has been caring and assisting my brother who is on the NDIS and living independently. They support him in the tailored daily assistance with personal care and grooming, household cleaning and laundry, preparations of meals, assist with daily medical management, etc. They also provide transportation to appointments eg. collection of medication from the pharmacy, blood tests, podiatry, shopping, hair cuts, weekly to church, etc. DSC also brings my brother for his social/community participation and activities (3 times a week) to a community hub so as to encourage him to socialise and forster communications with the community. If/when the hub is closed, my brother is brought out to parks for walks so that he maintains doing some exercise. DSC have always given a high level of communications by email, group chat, report in an exercise book (after each outing), telephone and meeting in person. I have upmost trust and confidence that DSC provides support, care and assistance for my brother to achieve more confidence, better communications, independence and wellbeing.
