Google MapsIt's convenient, drop of your scripts, go get your groceries or have a cuppa or lunch at the many excellent food and coffee places inside Gladdy Park. Most of the staff at this chemist are good and they have a pretty good range of products too.

Google MapsI found the pharmacist’s initial manner quite rude and abrupt. When asking for my licence, she simply said, “I need your licence,” without explaining why. Only after I questioned the request was it explained that it was needed to verify my legal name and address, as I provided my work name and only suburb. I was also uncomfortable when she attempted to take my phone to enter my licence details without first asking for my permission, it’s a common courtesy . If my legal name and address were required, I would have preferred to provide them myself. After I raised my concerns, the interaction became much more polite, but the initial approach felt rude and unprofessional. Staff at other pharmacies I have visited have always communicated these requirements clearly and respectfully.

Google MapsI had a wonderful experience at Direct Chemist Outlet Gladstone Park. Olivia from customer service was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to answer my questions and made sure I found everything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole visit so much more pleasant. The store was clean, well-stocked, and the service was quick and efficient. Thank you, Olivia, for your outstanding customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment my prescription was accepted to the delivery of my medication, every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a warm smile on their face. Even the cashier was super nice! Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to their work are truly commendable. Thank you all for making a potentially stressful experience so pleasant.
