I never even managed to see the psychologist I was booked into on two separate occasions as the admin staff here seem to be pretty incompetent. The first time they didn't let me know that the psychologist was running quite late so I waited and waited and then left as I was so upset. The second time they apparently changed my appointment without telling me so I turned up an no-one was there. Not going back, even though the psychologist I spoke with via email seemed lovely.

Reception seem to have very little knowledge of psychology or the experience of their practitioners. They suggested that a provisional psychologist learn about the therapy my doctor has asked for and give me sessions while the learn. Super unprofessional and quite concerning. This isn't a profession where you can just offer our any practitioner for any problem - it's disrespectful to the Psychologists and clients.

My husband and I have both been seeing Mitchell. I've found the sessions to be incredibly helpful and structured well. We are always clearly focused on my goals and at the end of each session I'm given some homework. In only a fandful of sessions I feel like I've made great progress. I also found the reception staff to be great.

Parisa was wonderful. I always felt safe during sessions and her therapy was extremely effective. She helped me through some very difficult events in my life and I am eternally grateful for the things she taught me. Thank you!
